All matters between customer and Limo Chauffeurs Ltd. is a transaction based on the terms and conditions here specified. The terms and conditions here established are agreed upon at the time of a Client’s placement of order.

• Reservations The Limo Chauffeurs Ltd. reservation team will make every effort to accommodate clients 24/7. The team strives to exceed all expectations at all times. However, a 24 hours’ notice may be needed to arrange the chauffeured vehicle for the Client's specific transfer. All prices stated are in GBP, with hiring beginning at the pickup point (A) and finishing at the drop off location (B). This excludes hires to or from various airports or those subject to fixed charges. To obtain a quote or make a booking through our booking agents, the Client is required to provide full contact details, full name, contact number, and email address. Failure to do so will result in Limo Chauffeurs Ltd. not being able to provide further assistance.
• Online Bookings All online bookings are subject to Limo Chauffeurs Ltd. authorisation. Online maps & quotes may be occasionally computed incorrectly, resulting in errors. In such instances, where a product is listed at an incorrect price, Limo Chauffeurs Ltd. shall maintain the right to refund or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, Limo Chauffeurs Ltd. shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price or issue a full refund. Charges and product availability are subject to change without notice. All specials and promotions are limited to availability and Limo Chauffeurs Ltd. reserves the right to restrict the number of such products. Please call for ongoing costs. • Online costs are valid for UK travel exclusively. If you need to travel to Europe, please call our office.
• Online prices or bookings do not authorise for public and bank holidays (e.g. Easter, Christmas Day or New Year's Eve or Day), where 50% additional charges apply.
• Privacy Policy Your personal details will be treated as confidential. Personal information will never be disclosed to third parties and will only be used following the below Privacy Policy: When booking through this Website, your personal details will be requested for us to identify and secure your booking. Such information may include name, email address, billing address, credit card, and other payment information. We confirm that the payment information will not be held by us, but securely encrypted on the third-party payment system utilised. Your email address is automatically entered onto our mailing list, where we endeavour to send only one email per month, from which you can unsubscribe at any given time. If you are - or have been - our Client, we reserve full rights to use your Company name/logo on our Website. This would appear under our clients' section without written notice.
• Single and Return Journeys All return journeys on the same day are subject to waiting time charges if the return journey is within 3 hours or outside London. If the return journey is scheduled within more than 3 hours, no waiting time charges apply. However, such a route may be completed by a different driver. All return journeys booked on the same day for sporting events (e.g. Wimbledon Tennis, Ascot, Rugby or Football), waiting time from drop-off until pickup and car park fees will be charged. Single journeys from or to any sports events or concerts (e.g. O2 or Wembley) are subject to additional charges. For such occasions, please call our office to discuss specific requirements as hourly hire may be more suitable.
• Waiting Time All quotes for journeys collecting from a flight into a UK airport include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time. All other trips include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time. If going beyond such waiting time, Limo Chauffeurs Ltd. reserves the right to charge the provided debit or credit card. This will be calculated in 15 min increments of GBP £35/hour.
• Payments All charges stated herein, and in the present tariff issued by the Company, are payable in advance. This excludes clients who have a credit account or a credit card pre-approved by Limo Chauffeurs Ltd. As mentioned above, credit or debit cards provided at the time of booking may be additionally charged, e.g. for extra waiting time and parking charges. Credit or debit card payments have no surcharge. However, credit card charges are non-refundable for booking cancellations. All online quoted prices are inclusive of 20% VAT. Your booking may be subject to additional waiting time and car park charges. The charge on your credit/debit card statement will be shown as Limo Chauffeurs Ltd. Rates are subject to change at any time without prior written notice. Stop charge: £20 + VAT charge applies to any stops on the way to drop off or pick up location to pick up another passenger or an item. This allows a 15 minutes grace period allowed at stops.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy For all bookings (excluding wedding-related bookings), cancellations or alterations must be made and acknowledged by Limo Chauffeurs Ltd. 12 hours before the scheduled pick up time. Otherwise, Limo Chauffeurs Ltd. reserves the right to charge the Client for the full amount. This also applies to bookings that are made within 12 hours of the pickup time.
• For all wedding-related bookings, a 7 days’ notice must be provided to cancel.
• If wedding cancellations are made within 7 days 50% of the booking fee will be charged.
• If wedding cancellations are made less than 48 hours of the booking date the full amount will be charged.
• Hourly bookings within London are strictly subject to a 12 hours free cancellation or amendment policy.
• Airport or private charter transfers are strictly subject to a 12 hours free cancellation or amendment policy.
• All bookings scheduled from or out of London are strictly subject to a 24 hours cancellation or amendment policy.
• If booking changes are made less than 4 hours before the booking, the minimum fare for the relevant vehicle will be applied. To view our tariff, please click here.
• Up to 25% administration fee may apply to your booking(s) or cancellation. The Company reserves the right to evaluate administration time and efforts. Costs will therefore be at the Company's discretion. Luxury Chauffeur Vehicles such as Range Rover Vogue, Rolls Royce Ghost, Maybach, Bentley Mulsanne and Rolls Royce Phantom are subject to strictly 48 hours free cancellation or amendment policy. If the customer cancels the service within 48 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.
• Multi Days and Multi-Car Bookings For bookings involving two or more vehicles in one day or one vehicle for multiple days of hire, the following cancellation fees will apply: Less than 7 days and more than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation charge for each vehicle. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee being charged
• No-Show Policy If the customer fails to show at the designated location for which a reservation has been made (with confirmation sent out), all monies paid will be non-refundable.
• Chauffeurs & Cars Our chauffeurs will drive at reasonable speeds according to their judgment. This is at the discretion of the driver, based on prevalent road conditions and traffic. When a hirer desires to travel to a particular place, the driver will, unless explicitly instructed, travel by the route, which is, in the chauffeur's opinion, the best and most convenient. The driver reserves the right to judge and motor the route. No allowance will be made to the hirer on the ground that the route adopted is not the shortest. Reasonable passenger luggage allowed, but this shall not exceed the weight which the chauffeur retains appropriate. We, therefore, reserve the right to refuse to carry excess luggage due to heaviness or other factors.

• Prestige SUV – Range Rover Vogue or equivalent
• Prestige Saloon – Maybach, Rolls Royce Ghost Series 2, Bentley Mulsanne or Rolls Royce Phantom Series We reserve the right to switch vehicles before a run based on availability without prior notice. If a vehicle that was previously requested is unavailable or there is a risk of a driver not making it on time for a pickup. While we guarantee your chosen category, we cannot guarantee the make, specs or colour of the vehicle
• Refusal to Travel If a passenger is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/ or whose attitude seems to be a potential threat to the driver, the vehicle or others, this passenger may be refused travel.
• Child Seats Demands for child seats must be made during booking. Only one child seat will be allowed free of charge. Additional child seats are charged £20 + VAT per seat. Limo Chauffeurs Ltd. aim is always to satisfy such demands, however, the inability to do so does not represent a breach of Contract. In the case of utilising your own child seat, you will be responsible for proper insertion in security. You will also be responsible for its removal at arrival. You must not damage the vehicle interior when positioning your child's seat. If care is not taken, this may result in compensation fees.
• Conveyance of Animals On a private hire, no animals (other than guide dogs and hearing dogs) are allowed in any vehicle without prior written agreement from the Company. Please note that charges will sustain if traveling with animals.
• Responsibilities Limo Chauffeurs Ltd. accepts no liability for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in a vehicle unless the loss or damage results from an Limo Chauffeurs Ltd.' negligence. If a personal belonging is left unattended in a vehicle, Limo Chauffeurs Ltd. will be available to arrange a return of the item(s). The Client must cover postage costs for such an event.
• Damage to Vehicles If a vehicle's interior or exterior is soiled or damaged by the Client, repairing charges will apply to the credit or debit card on file. In case of a customer's refusal to pay such costs will result in legal action.
• Account Services. Limo Chauffeurs Ltd. may treat any booking made quoting the confidential customer account number as proof of Client's permission and therefore the Client may be chargeable for fees.
• Missed Flights Limo Chauffeurs Ltd.' does not take responsibility to reimburse any missed flights.
• General Exceptions the Company is not responsible or chargeable for any failure or delay in performance caused by an occurrence beyond Our Control. Such incident is defined as any act or event beyond our realistic power, including war (declared or not), invasion, hostilities, revolution, rebellion, Storm, flood, snow, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disasters, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. This includes traffic, tire punctures, accidents, road closures, strikes and lockouts. Be aware that if a vehicle breaks down, leaks or accidents, the driver and/ or the Company will do anything possible to end the journey by providing another chauffeur. However, the time of arrival will no longer be guaranteed. If an occurrence beyond our control takes place, affecting performance or Company's obligations under Contract: The Client will be contacted and notified as soon as possible. The Company's obligations under Contract will be terminated and the set schedule will be extended for the needed time as a result of the events as mentioned above.
• Complaints If a client has a complaint about the provided service, the Client shall attempt to find a solution through assistance from the driver or the Company. If this does not result in a satisfactory resolution, the complaint may be presented in writing (within 14 days of the termination date of hire). Limo Chauffeurs Ltd. will recognise all complaints If this has not provided a remedy, complaints should be submitted in writing and within 14 days and will generally reply within 28 days.
• Zero Tolerance Policy the Company has a zero-tolerance policy in regards to verbal, physical, or in writing harassment, discrimination, and disrespect against all employees and contractors. On such occasions, the Company reserves all rights to effectively and immediately withdraw all goods and services to the Client. Charges will not be refunded where this occurs.
• Fraud Payments must be authorised by the cardholder named within the booking. The Company has the authority to refuse bookings without prior communication where it is reasonably suspected that the Client or the cardholder is related to fraudulent activity. The subsequent actions may support such suspicion: The Client is unable to supply when demanded, information regarding the itinerary, including full destination addresses and pickup locations, full passenger name and contact information in addition to other mandatory information set by the Company; Inability to provide when demanded, cardholder's contact information for the Company to perform security checks; The cardholder failed to authorise the payment and claims that the booking is fraudulent: Fraudulent activity/chargebacks result from the Client or the cardholder; Information provided at booking is erroneous/ inadequate/ inconsistent/ linked to fraudulent behaviour; There are various payment attempts with inconsistent data inserted. The Company reasonably suspects that the Client or the cardholder is related to fraudulent activity. The Company has full rights to refuse such bookings and may report such events to the fraud department.

Nothing contained in these T & C's affects the Client's statutory rights. These T & C's are governed by English Law. Effective from 15th June 2020
